Historic CAS mission to Emin Özkurt

In line with the decision made by the International Council of Arbitration for Sport, which is the governing and decision-making body of the CAS, Mr. Emin Özkurt will be on the football list in addition to being on the CAS general judge list.

The referees that make up the Soccer List are appointed by the International Council of Arbitration for Sport in accordance with the recommendations made by FIFA, confederations, clubs and players (FIFPro).
