Nikola Jokic sentenced for arguing with the public
Star player Nikola Jokic, who played for the Denver Nuggets, one of the American Basketball League (NBA) teams, was fined $25,000 for verbal and physical fights with the audience during the game.
In a statement, NBA vice president and chief basketball operations officer Joe Dumars said the penalty was given because Jokic’s contact with fans was deemed inappropriate behavior.

Jokic, who came to the stands and tried to take the ball by force from Ishbia, who did not want to give him the leather ball, also had a verbal argument with the rest of the fans.
