Results of the first leg of the quarterfinals of the UEFA Conference League
4 games were played in the first leg of the UEFA European Conference League quarter-final.
In the quarterfinals of the third European football tournament at club level, Fiorentina, who knocked out Demir Grup Sivasspor in the previous round, beat Lech Poznan 4-1 away.
In the representative of Italy, Arthur Cabral in minute 4, Nicolás González in minute 41, Giacomo Bonaventura in minute 58 and Jonathan Ikone in minute 63 shook the net. The only goal for the Polish team came from Kristoffer Velde in the 20th minute.

Moving on to Medipol Başakşehir in the round of 16, Gent drew 1–1 with West Ham United. The UEFA Europa Conference League semi-finalists will be determined at the end of the rematch on April 20.
