Two Los Angeles Lakers reinforcements

Los Angeles Lakers, one of the teams in the American Basketball League (NBA), added Tristan Thompson and Shaquille Harrison to their staff.

In the statement made by the club, it was indicated that an agreement was reached with the 32-year-old striker Thompson and the 29-year-old point guard Harrison, among the inactive players, in order to increase the depth of the squad.

It will be clear that the Lakers, a team from the Western Conference, who will surely continue on their way after the regular season, will continue in the play-in or play-off phase depending on the result of the last games.

Most recently, Tristan Thompson, who played for the Chicago Bulls last year, averaged 9 points and 8.4 rebounds in 730 career games. Thompson, who played for the Cleveland Cavaliers from 2011-20, had previously been a teammate of Lakers star LeBron James.

Signing a 10-game contract with the Portland Trail Blazers this year, Harrison averaged 5.3 points and 2.5 rebounds in 180 career games. (AA)
