Bayern Munich did not beat Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League

In the second leg of the Champions League round of 16, Bayern Munich hosted Paris Saint Germain (PSG) in the giant game. Defeating their opponent 1-0 on the road, Bayern Munich won the second game 2-0 at the Allianz Arena and became the team to make their mark in the quarterfinals.

Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting in the 61st minute and Serge Gnabry in the 89th minute scored the winning goals for Bayern Munich. Paris Saint-Germain with Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé closed the European ledger without scoring in two games.

Paris Saint-Germain said goodbye to the Champions League two seasons in a row, after the Argentine star Lionel Messi was included in the call. Lionel Messi went free from Barcelona to the French team in August 2021.

Paris Saint-Germain was beaten 3-1 away in the Champions League round of 16, in a rematch of Messi’s 1-0 win against Real Madrid in his first season last year.

TUR MILAN IN A GAME WITHOUT GOALS

Tottenham Hotspur hosted Milan in the other game of the night in the Champions League round of 16. Milan, who won the first game 1-0, returned from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with a 0-0 draw and became the team that went through to the next round.

Tottenham’s Cristian Romero was shown the red card in the 78th minute and left his team down to 10 players.
