Real Madrid sits down for the transfer of Jude Bellingham
Spanish La Liga giant Real Madrid is willing to pay a transfer fee of more than 100 million euros for the transfer of Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham.
Teams like Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool have also entered the transfer race for the 19-year-old English footballer. Notably, Liverpool are in a more advantageous position than Real Madrid and other clubs on the transfer of Bellingham. It is curious how Bellingham, who performed well with the England team in the World Cup and doubled his value, will make a decision before the crazy offer from Real Madrid.
While the good relations between Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez and Borussia Dortmund CEO Hans Joachim Watzke are expected to play a key role in the transfer, the Spanish giant is ready to offer €100m+ rebates for the transfer fee.
ESPN sources stated that the talks between Madrid executives and the player’s entourage have also been positive and they are confident that the club’s long-term efforts to persuade both Dortmund and the player will bear fruit.
PREPARING THE SECOND THEFT OF LIVERPOOL
Madrid made a transfer move to Liverpool by signing Aurelien Tchouameni last summer and are hoping to do the same with Bellingham, who is seen as the ideal midfield complement to play alongside Frenchmen Eduardo Camavinga and Federico Valverde.
THE STAGE OF KROOS AND MODRIC FINISHES
Although coach Carlo Ancelotti is a fan of Luka Modric and Toni Kroos, the aging of the two players is pushing Real Madrid to rejuvenate in this region. Kroos, who will celebrate his 33rd birthday next week when Croatian Modric turns 37, has said he is considering retirement this summer.
