Nikola Jokic left behind the legend
The Denver Nuggets defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder 122-110 in the American Basketball League (NBA).
The Nuggets beat the Thunder in a game in which star Nikola Jokic finished with 15 points, 13 rebounds and 14 assists for the 79th triple-double of his career. Jokic was placed 6th in the list of players with the most ‘Triple-doubles’, surpassing Wilt Chamberlain.
Aaron Gordon had 27 points, Jamal Murray 24 and Bruce Brown 15 points for the Nuggets, who recorded their fifth victory.
For the Thunder, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s 37 points, Luguentz Dort’s 19 and Josh Giddey’s 16 couldn’t prevent their fourth loss of the season.
STEPHEN CURRY WAS NOT ENOUGH
Orlando Magic defeated the Golden State Warriors 130-129 at home.
The Magic’s second winner, Jalen Suggs had 26 points, 9 assists and Paolo Banchero had 22 points and 8 rebounds.
Stephen Curry had 39 points, 9 assists and Klay Thompson had 27 points and 4 rebounds for the Warriors, who suffered their sixth loss this season.
