Results compiled in the UEFA Europa Conference League

In the UEFA European Conference League, the number three tournament in European football at club level, the general results were completed in the 5th week with 15 games played.

Playing in Group A, Medipol Başakşehir lost 2-1 to away team Fiorentina. While Luka Jovic scored the goals for the Italian representative, Danijel Aleksic scored the only goal for the orange-dark blue team.

Of the two teams with 10 points in the group, Medipol Başakşehir was the leader and Fiorentina was in second place. The fight for leadership in the group, which will participate directly in the round of 16, has been moved to the last week. The team that finishes the group in second place will be able to obtain a visa for the round of 16 if they pass the play-off round.

SİVASSPOR GUARANTEED TO LEAVE THE GROUP

Playing in Group G, Demir Grup Sivasspor defeated Romanian representative CFR Cluj 3-0 with Mustapha Yatabare in the 22nd and 73rd minutes and Max Gradel in the 64th minute shaking the nets.

With this result, Sivasspor, which is in the leading position with 10 points, guaranteed exit from the group. If the Turkish representative does not leave Slavia Prague’s game in the last week with a loss, they will complete their group as leaders and advance directly to the Round of 16.

POSTPONED THE SLOVACKO-COLOGNE MATCH

On the other hand, due to bad weather conditions, the Group D match between Slovacko and Cologne continued 0-0 and was stopped in the 6th minute. With UEFA’s decision, the match will continue from where it left off tomorrow at 12 :00 EST.
