President Biden is planning a tour of Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area later this month to raise money for what will almost certainly be a rematch against former President Trump in the November election.

California is already a popular fundraising destination for Biden, as the state is a Democratic stronghold and provides sources of financial support in Silicon Valley and the Los Angeles entertainment industry.
