Germany came in second place with an increase of 8.38 percent and 5 million 715 thousand 838 people, and in third place was England (United Kingdom) with an increase of 12.28 percent and 3 million 598 thousand 870 people. Bulgaria and Iran followed England.

GERMANY OCCUPIES FIRST IN OCTOBER
