Sales continue, package by package… The coasts are over, it’s Anatolia’s turn
The Urban Transformation Directorate of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has put 634 more plots for sale in 3 provinces, after the 622 diverse plots in 44 provinces that announced their sale on November 21.
According to the announcements, 245 plots of land in Kahramanmaraş and Malatya will be sold at auction on November 16, and 389 plots of land in Ankara will be sold at auction on November 28.
On November 21, 622 plots will go on sale in 44 provinces, including coastal cities. The sale date of 3 hotels, 12 workplaces and 55 residences in Diyarbakır was set as November 15.
The land will be sold exempt from VAT. In sales in which legal interest will be applied, 25 percent of the amount will be paid in advance. The remaining amount will be paid in 24 months.
A 20 percent discount will be applied to those who want to purchase land through cash payment.
For plots, prices were determined between 1,000 and 40,000 lira per square meter, taking into account the province, district and location.
