TARIS announced the purchase price of olive oil.

TARIS announced the purchase price of olive oil.

President of the TARİŞ Olive and Olive Oil Association Hilmi Sürek stated that they determined the purchase price of olive oil for the 2023-2024 season at 295 lira per kilogram.

In his written statement, Sürek stated that the purchase price of the product is important so that the producer can get a reward for his hard work and find the value of the product.

Sürek stated that the price they will announce will be decisive in the market:

“Access to real, quality olive oil will be of great importance for everyone in the current season. As always, the most important goal of our Association is to safely deliver quality olive oil purchased from the producer to the consumer. “We will closely monitor market movements and price developments during the season and, if necessary, take further measures.” (AA)
