Approval for the sale of 12 properties in 6 provinces
The Privatization Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance (ÖİB) will privatize 12 properties in 6 provinces through the sale method.
ÖİB’s announcement to investors was published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, there are 12 in total, 3 in the Şile district of Istanbul, one in Bornova and one in the Çiğli district of Izmir, 3 in the central Muş district, 1 in the Palandöken district of Erzurum, 2 in the Karaköprü district of Şanlıurfa and one in Didim. Aydın district The property will be sold.
Offers can be made until November 14 for real estate in Istanbul. November 15 was set as the deadline for bidding for real estate in the Bornova district of Izmir, Muş and Erzurum.
Final offers can be submitted until November 16 for real estate in the districts of Karaköprü in Şanlıurfa, Didim in Aydın and Çiğli in İzmir.
THE TEMPORARY GUARANTEE FEE IS BETWEEN 1 MILLION AND 6 MILLION TL
For the real estate tender, the specification price was determined in amounts ranging from 4,500 to 10,000 lira. Temporary guarantee fees vary between 1 million and 6 million lire.
Bidding will be conducted by the “negotiation” method, receiving sealed bids from more than one bidder and holding negotiations.
Bidders participating in the tenders must submit separate offers by obtaining separate tender specifications for each property and submit the relevant documents to the administration address “Ziya Gökalp Caddesi No: 80 Kurtuluş/Ankara” before 18:00 on the last bidding day. (AA)
