Although the institutions determine the upper limit in this way, the regulation regarding the lower limit is found in article 40 of Law No. 657 as follows;
“In general, those who have reached the age of 18 can become civil servants. “Those who have graduated from a vocational or art school can be appointed civil servants, provided they are at least 15 years old and have reached the age of majority in accordance with Article 12 of the Turkish Civil Code.”
