Click the “Social Security Administration” link in the search results.
On the page that opens, click on the “4A Service Report” link.
Log in to the system using one of the authentication methods.

You can follow the steps below to make an SSI premium inquiry through the SSI website:

Log in to the SSI website.
Click the “System Login” link in the upper right corner of the home page.
Log in to the system using one of the authentication methods.
Click the “Service List” tab.
Select the period you want to consult.
View query results.
