Building Material Option Instead of Cash

Those whose homes, barns and workplaces have been demolished and those who have suffered moderate or major damage will benefit from grants and loans, if buildings are built in their place. The heirs will use the grant and credit support of the deceased beneficiary. The subsidy will be for a single residence, the loan will be for a maximum of 3 residences. Grants can also be received as in-kind aid in the form of construction materials. Applications can be made within one year from the date of obtaining the construction permit. 10 percent of the grant will be paid upfront, the remainder will be paid based on the level of construction progress and payments will be made to the contractor.
