PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS FOR COMPANIES
After its publication in the Official Gazette, companies will be given a period of 6 months to carry out the necessary steps for the procedures and principles in question to come into force.
In new subscription transactions, the subscription request will be confirmed as being known to the individual and the subscription cannot be initiated without confirmation.
In cases where a subscription request is made through any method related to the service, the consumer will first be called through the operator’s customer service and asked aloud if the call is made for purposes marketing or promotion of the Internet or TV service to be provided. offered by the operator or whether or not a text message has been sent to you, or confirmation will be obtained by dialing.
If the operator can verify that the consumer has previously made a promotional call about the service in question through the operator’s authorized channels, the subscription request will be processed; If it cannot be verified, the subscription request will not be processed.
If the consumer has not been previously contacted, the subscription request will not be processed directly.
CONFIRMATION WILL BE REQUESTED BY VOICE OR BY KEY

IF THE CONSUMER DOES NOT RESPONSE TO THE CONFIRMATION CALL…
In cases where a confirmation call is not made within the scope of the new subscription request, the consumer does not respond to the confirmation call, information is not provided during the confirmation call, or approval is not given by the consumer. consumer, the new subscription establishment will not start the process.
