BP CEO resigns

According to a statement from the British energy company British Petroleum (BP), the company’s CEO, Bernard Looney, announced his resignation following accusations about his personal relationships with his colleagues.

An investigation into the matter was launched last year due to similar allegations and it was decided that there was no violation of the company’s rules of conduct.
