Dumping measure on imports of certain yarns and yarns
Final review investigations have been initiated on the final anti-dumping measure in force on imports of “vulcanized rubber yarn and thread” originating in the Kingdom of Thailand and “textured polyester textile yarn” originating in the Republic of India and Taiwan.
The communiqués of the Ministry of Commerce on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports were published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.
Consequently, as a result of the evaluation of the requests of the national manufacturers, it was decided to open a final review investigation on the anti-dumping measures in force on imports of “vulcanized rubber threads and threads” originating in the Kingdom of Thailand and “yarns of textured polyester” originating in the Republic of India and China.
