Critical meeting on civil servants and retirees
The Arbitration Board of Public Officials began its work last week at the request of the authorized Memur-Sen confederation, after an agreement could not be reached on the increase in the negotiations of the Public Collective Agreement concerning civil servants and officials retired.

In this context, under the presidency of the president of the TCA, Metin Yener, the III meeting of the Arbitration Board of Public Servants was held, which will decide on the incomprehensible articles of the Collective Agreement of the Seventh Validity.
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TOMORROW
The public employers’ association and Memur-Sen presented their proposals to the arbitral tribunal yesterday, together with their justifications. At today’s meeting, the points brought to the referee were discussed. Negotiations are expected to continue tomorrow.
The meetings will last until August 31. A decision is expected at the meeting to be held on this date. The committee’s decision cannot be brought before the judiciary in any way and the decision cannot be appealed. (AA)
