WHAT HAPPENED?
On August 1, the collective bargaining process began, in which approximately 4 million civil servants and 2.5 million retired civil servants participate.
In accordance with the determined work schedule, the pre-negotiation of the proposals for the 11 service branches and the proposals of public servants in general was followed by the negotiation phase.
In this context, the government presented today to the contracting table the first proposal for an increase in public officials. However, no agreement could be reached after the first offer.
