Family and Social Services Minister Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş announced that payments from the “Turkey Family Support Program”, which President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan had announced would be extended, will begin on August 15.

Minister Göktaş made a statement on the matter on his Twitter account: “Our President Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan gave the good news that Turkey’s Family Support Program was extended last month. According to the prepared schedule, the related payments will begin to be transferred to the accounts on August 15.” (DHA)

Applications will not be considered in cases where there is a person or persons working as an official, public worker, notary public or head of the family at home, or working abroad, taking loans abroad or covered by private funds.
Additionally, the applicant; If there are convicts or detainees in prisons and detention centers, students housed in student residences, people living in care institutions such as orphanages, and soldiers with private/commissioned status performing their mandatory military service, these people are excluded from the program . as applications cannot be assessed under the household approach.
