According to information provided by industry sources, the price of gasoline will increase by TL 2 on the night that connects Monday, July 24, with Tuesday.
In diesel, no increase is expected on Monday night.
WHAT WILL THE NEW PRICES BE?
With the increase, the price of a liter of gasoline will rise to approximately TL 36.05 in Istanbul, TL 36.53 in Ankara and TL 36.64 in Izmir.
The price per liter of diesel is approximately TL 33.87 in Istanbul, TL 34.35 in Ankara and TL 34.53 in Izmir.
Prices vary between provinces, counties and dealers.
HIGH RAIN AFTER THE ELECTIONS
The government, which cut taxes before the election and clamped down on exchange rates by depleting reserves, made record tax increases after the election and freed up the dollar rate.
