As of August 1, 2023, the recommended retail price for raw cow’s milk with a content of 3.6% fat and 3.2% protein has been determined at TL 11.50 per liter (excluding support for raw milk) for the producer.
If the costs of refrigeration, transportation and other running costs are covered by the manufacturer, these costs will be paid additionally to the manufacturer.
