LAST DAY TO RETURN TAXES JULY 5
The statement indicated that the Value Added Tax, Digital Services Tax, Tourist Quota and other tax declarations and notifications, whose deadline was July 3, but that could not be given due to the intensity that is experienced in the Presidency systems by the night, could be presented until the end of July 5.
“In accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law No. 213, if it is filed before July 5, 2023 and the taxes accrued are paid within the same period, it has been considered appropriate that the declarations and notifications in question have been submitted on time and payments have been made on time. However, taxpayers whose last day is July 3, 2023, but cannot make their requests or submit their returns within the scope of Law No. 7440 due to the intensity experienced in the systems of our Presidency in night hours, they must report this situation to the tax offices to which they are affiliated before July 5, 2023 with an application and information and supporting documents, on the condition that it is understood that the applications and declarations that must be made on July 3 July 2023 cannot be made due to the intensity system, your requests will be considered made on time.
