Real estate purchase and sale operations can be carried out before notaries starting tomorrow

The practice of carrying out real estate purchase and sale contracts both in notary offices and in property registry offices will begin tomorrow throughout the country.

The Ministry of Justice and the Turkish Notaries Union have completed their preparations for all sales of real estate, such as land, land, residences and workplaces, to be made before public notaries.

The new app will roll out nationwide tomorrow.

The Minister of Justice, Yılmaz Tunç, will initiate the application at a notary office in Ankara and make the first transaction.

THE APPLICATION WILL BE MADE ON THE WEB SITE OF THE NOTARIAL SCHOOL

The person who wants to sell their property will apply by choosing the notary public they want to process through the electronic application system on the website of the Turkish Notary Union.

After the notary public determines that the applicant is the rightful owner of the property, the application will be accepted and the process will begin.

With the acceptance of the request, the deed of the property will be examined before a notary, and it will be verified if there is any impediment to the sale.

THE CONTRACTS WILL BE SIGNED BY A NOTARY

Once it is determined that there is no impediment to the sale of the property, a message will be sent to the mobile phones of the interested parties so that they pay the required fee and the fee for the deed revolving fund service.

After the payment of fees and expenses, the parties will be invited before a notary to sign the real estate purchase and sale contract.

The contracts will be signed by the buyer and the seller in the presence of a public notary. Signed contracts will be saved in the system. Subsequently, the property will be registered in the property registry by sending the contracts electronically to the Property Registry and Cadastre Information System.

The property title and other documents that are issued after the sale of the property will be delivered by the notary public.

SALES CAN ALSO BE MADE ON WEEKENDS

In his statements to the AA correspondent on the subject, the Minister of Justice Tunç stated that the new application would reduce the density in the offices of the property registry and would allow citizens to carry out their procedures in a shorter and faster time.

Minister Tunç has specified that real estate purchase and sale contracts may also be carried out on weekends in the field of practice of the notary on duty. (AA)
