While 3,494,932 households received social assistance in 2018, when the Presidential System of Government was adopted, this number increased to 4,419,286 households in 2022. The aid from the Ministry of Family and Social Services is included in the 2022 annual report of the Presidency of Strategy and Budget. 631 million TL were given to 89,300 women whose spouses passed away, 166 million TL to military families, 178 million TL to 47,362 orphans and orphans.

With the Family Support Program, TL 13 billion was provided to 3 million households in 2022. In 2022, TL 4.63 billion was paid to citizens with a disability rate of 70% or more. 1.04 billion TL was paid to the relatives of the disabled. In the field of old-age pensions, TL 12 billion was paid in 2022. The number of people whose general health insurance premiums were paid by the state was 9,488,411, and premium support was provided of 33.55 billion TL.

More than 3 million 690 thousand homes received electrical assistance

According to information from the 2022 annual report of the Presidency of Strategy and Budget, 1,343,109 households benefited from electricity assistance in 2019. This number increased to 1,659,448 households in 2020. In 2021, the number of households benefited with electrical assistance was 1,792,200. In 2022, the households that received electrical assistance increased to 3,690,582 and support was provided to 4,720,000 TL.
