An investigation by the Competition Board to Google
The Competition Board reported that it opened an investigation against Google on the grounds that it violated competition law by favoring itself in advertising services.
The Competition Authority stated in its statement that Google violated article 6 of the competition law with its self-help behaviors:

When discussing the information, documents and findings obtained in the preliminary investigation at its meeting dated 05.18.2023, the Competition Board considered that the findings are serious and sufficient; To determine if article 6 of Law No. 4054 is violated; Alphabet Inc., Google LLC, Google International LLC, Google Ireland Limited and Google Advertising and Marketing Ltd.
