CHP Minimum Wage Proposal Announced

CHP Malatya MP Veli Ağbaba appealed to the government: “When determining the minimum wage, the loss of 5 months must first be compensated, and in addition an increase of 30 percent must be made.”

Ağbaba, who shared a video in which he made a statement on his social media account, said, “When determining the minimum wage, the loss of 5 months must be made up first, and an increase of 30 percent must be made on top of that. According to official inflation, the loss of 5 months of the minimum wage is 1298 TL, according to the dollar, the loss is 96 dollars, that is, 2270 TL. In this case, the minimum wage should correspond to a figure between 12 thousand 751 TL and 14 thousand 8 TL.
