The company Limak Construction and MAPA Construction won the tender for the supply of the tunnel, whose contract was signed on May 5, 2023, with a price of TL 4,772,492,000. MAP İnşaat is affiliated with MNG Holding. First 147 million 183 thousand 595 TL were paid, then 842 million 241 thousand 460 TL and finally 4 thousand 772 million 492 thousand TL for the tunnel. Although the total amount paid for the tunnel reached 5 thousand 761 million 917 thousand TL, it has already increased 39 times the originally planned cost.
