According to the regulations, closed exits cannot be made in buildings with 4 floors or more, except on the floor where the residence is located.

In the case of closed exits in buildings that do not exceed the ground floor + 4 floors; It was mandatory to form a frame by connecting the columns together with beams in accordance with the criteria of the Turkish earthquake building code.

It will be mandatory to leave the distance equal to the unevenness of the seismic joint, which must be left by regulation, between the buildings to be built adjacent to the adjacent plots from the boundary of the plot.
