Incentive to a white flag boss
Enforcement of the “white flag,” which rewards workplaces that pay their taxes and insurance premiums on time, don’t prevent unionization, and don’t work informally, has officially begun.
The first white flag awards with the phrase ‘Properly Organized Workplace’ were awarded to 20 companies.
The award-winning companies were presented with white flags by Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Bilgin, President of the Turkish Employers’ Union Confederation (TİSK) Özgür Burak Akkol and President of Türk-İş Ergün Atalay at a ceremony .
100 TL PER WORKER
White Flag companies will be one step ahead of other companies in all their transactions with the state. More importantly, the discount rate will increase from 5 to 6 percent by applying an additional 1 point discount to the social security support premium.
