With the beginning of the summer season in Bodrum, one of the most important tourist centers in the world, foreign tourist activity began.

25 thousand foreign passengers arrived in Bodrum in the last 100 days. Tourists are hosted with different price rates according to the quality of service.

Offering accommodation service for all budgets, Bodrum per person accommodation service starts from 450 lira while it goes up to 200 thousand lira depending on location and concept.

While the entrance fee to the private beaches, which started from 150 lira and went up to 10 thousand euros last year, has not been clarified this year, a lahmacun sells for 450 TL, which was 200 TL in luxury businesses in the beaches last year. .

’45 PERCENT INCREASE COMPARED TO LAST YEAR’

Expressing that 25,000 passengers have landed in Bodrum from international flights in the last 100 days, Bodrum Hoteliers Association President Ömer Faruk Dengiz said:

*We expect this number to increase in the coming weeks. First of all, we have guests targeting the UK market.

*Then comes the Russian market. Flights from Russia will increase further next week. Compared to last year, the numbers we achieved in 100 days are up 45%.

*Our foreign guests arriving at Bodrum-Milas airport also visit points like Didim and Milas.

*Some hotels are not open in Bodrum. The hotels will open in a few weeks. We believe that the occupancy rate will be around 50 percent in May.

* Due to the elections, everyone will vote in their own region, so the local guests will postpone the holiday. Bodrum is a very special place. It is an essential destination in the domestic market.
