AGRICULTURE LINKAGE PROBLEM

Bayraktar, who also spoke about the farmers’ BAĞ-KUR agricultural problem, said: “Regarding the BAĞ-KUR agricultural problem, which we convey both verbally and in writing to our Minister and Deputy Minister, that it is important for our farmers. , and for which we demand a solution, the necessary arrangements are made to ensure the sustainability of agricultural production and eliminate the grievances of our farmers, I would like to draw attention once again to the need for it “and continued his explanation as follows ;

“While other policyholders can retire by paying premiums for 20 years, our producers earn the right to retire by paying premiums for 9,000 days, or 25 years. This injustice must be removed and the number of days of premium payments must be reduced. Also, since the premium debts that our farmers are still paying are very high, our members have a hard time paying. SSI premiums must be reduced to a more reasonable and payable level.

Our farmers who stop paying premiums by certifying that their income is low with an exemption certificate must be debited for the exemption period. Our farmers, whose BAĞ-KUR agricultural premiums have been stopped, must be included in the scope of revival through structuring. The administrative fines imposed on the Chambers of Agriculture for the procedural deficiencies that arise during the withdrawal requests of our producers must be amnestied. Our farmers must be compensated for their losses in this regard.”
