Modification of the communication of the electronic money institutions of the CBRT
The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) amended the regulation and the related statement on payment services and providers of payment and electronic money issuance services.
In accordance with the Modifying Regulation of the Regulation of Service Providers published in the Official Gazette, the first, fifth, ninth, and eleventh articles of the transitory article 1 of the Regulation of Payment Services and Electronic Money Issuance and Payment Service Providers published in the Official Gazette dated December 1, 2021 and numbered 31676 The phrases “until April 30, 2023” in the seventeenth and eighteenth paragraphs of , were changed to “until June 30, 2023”.
