While President Tayyip Erdoğan promised that if they are re-elected, they will abolish interviews that pave the way for torpedo appointments in the public sector, the Public Procurement Authority (KİK) made an announcement of 5 multiple interviews.

The KİK Presidency, which published a job advertisement to hire 10 office workers and 4 communicators for the institution, which is responsible for tenders conducted by public institutions and organizations, decided to invite 5 people for each cadre to take an oral exam between candidates who achieved the KPSS score. The JCC will select 10 clerks to be placed in the institution from among 50 people to be invited to the examination by conducting an oral examination. In the same way, the KIK will have 20 people at the head of the examination committee to recruit 4 communicators.

THE ONLY ORAL EXAM

Thanks to the oral examination, the chance of winning is the lowest scoring candidate among 70 people and the highest scoring candidate will be between the two lips of the examination committee. The examination committee will place candidates who have scored 80 or higher on KPSS by measuring criteria such as having the required service qualifications, having the ability to reason and represent, being able to keep up with the intense work pace and prone to teamwork. Applications will be received electronically between May 15 and 26, 2023. The oral exam will take place from July 3 to 7, 2023.
