BOZDAĞ SAID TEMPORARY

Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag said in a statement about the decision: “Turkey is a state of law, everyone has the right to regulate property. The regulation on rent increases has characteristic features. A temporary regulation limits the rent increase to 25 percent. Valid only in residences. It will apply to contracts in force and in progress until July 1, 2023. If they are valid according to the CPI and the conditions, they will apply.”
