In accordance with the Presidential Decree published today in the Official Gazette, a legislative change was made due to the lack of regulation on the date of registration of the customs declaration regarding the importation of merchandise for which a summary declaration was made in the coal imports.

The provisions of the Decisions on Additional Financial Responsibility for Coal Imports shall not apply if the customs declaration relating to imports of coal for which a summary declaration is made, including those filed with customs before the effective date of the Decisions of Additional Financial Responsibility for Coal Imports, is registered within 30 days at the latest from today.

On the other hand, the President’s decision on the Modification of the Decision on the Implementation of Additional Financial Responsibility on Imports of Certain Products Originating in the United States was published in the Official Gazette.

If the customs declaration relating to the importation of the goods for which a summary declaration is filed and filed with customs before the date of entry into force of the decision imposing additional financial obligations on imports from this country is registered within After 30 days, you will not be subject to additional financial responsibility decisions.
