According to the statement of the Ministry of Commerce published in the Official Gazette today, which provides for changes in the regulation on the sale of refurbished products, refurbishment centers will be able to renew all specified products without the need for a separate renewal authorization document, provided that they have the certificate of adequacy of the place of service obtained in accordance with the corresponding standard.

You may enter into an authorized service contract with the manufacturer or importer of the refurbished products. It will be able to operate as one of the authorized service stations, which must be established for these products. A renewed product may be subject to multiple renewals.
