The AKP government is closing the tenders, which will exceed 400 billion lira in total, for some 300,000 permanent homes, which it has turned into profit, behind closed doors, without announcing it to anyone, at jet speed.

Finally, the result of the housing tender in Diyarbakır, which was held on April 7, 2023, was reported to the Public Procurement Authority after the tender process was completed.

In the tender held for exactly 1598 houses in Diyarbakır, the AKP preferred the 21b negotiation method instead of the open procedure, which allows competition as the main method of law.

6 companies were summoned for the residences to be built in Bağlar Karacadağ with an approximate cost of 2 thousand 804 million 118 thousand TL. The tender was awarded to Nesma Yapı, a subsidiary of Perekler İnşaat, which was specifically invited, for 2.785 million lira.

The tender contract, which is “Housing Construction, Infrastructure Works and Landscaping,” was signed on April 13.

Consequently, construction, which will begin on April 13, will be completed on April 6, 2004.
