With this awareness, when we look at the sector from the perspective of competition law, operating systems, applications, application stores, etc. that make up the mobile ecosystem. it seems that the close interrelationship of each component may raise competitive concerns.

The fact that players, who have market power due to big data advantage and network effects, are simultaneously operating in many sub-markets in mobile ecosystems, further fuels industry concern. Said operation may generate risks such as finding exclusionary effects in terms of competing products/services, limiting consumer preferences and negatively affecting innovation competition.
