According to the law, temporary or permanent resettlement areas for those affected by the disaster; It will be determined ex officio by the Ministry of the Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and communicated to the corresponding institutions, taking into account criteria such as its distance from the fault line, the suitability of the land and its proximity to the center of settlement.

The lease contracts entered into by the General Forestry Directorate in accordance with the state law on bidding with the corresponding laws in the areas of temporary or permanent resettlement, and the mining licenses will be considered canceled ex officio if the area of ​​temporary or permanent resettlement covers the entire license.
With the exception of the licenses related to the conditional tenders for the production of intermediate and final products, the risky portion of the mining license areas corresponding to the temporary or permanent settlement areas will be considered ex officio deducted from the mining license area.

A decision of alienation or urgent expropriation may be adopted of those properties belonging to public institutions and bodies to be included in the application and of all other properties subject to private ownership, and they will be registered in the name of the Treasury at the request of the Ministry of the Environment or TOKİ.
During the registration and cancellation process, the fiscal relationship of the owners will not be sought for this property.
The valuation of these properties will be made by real estate appraisal agencies authorized in accordance with the law within a maximum period of one month and the determined value will be submitted to the court of first instance. It will be deposited in the bank determined by the court to be paid to the owners of the properties registered in the title deed.
The persons, institutions and organizations, national or foreign, may build or have built a residence and workplace in the places indicated by the Secretariat and appropriate to the standard projects that are determined to meet the housing and workplace needs before the earthquake. area and to be donated to the Ministry of the Environment.
