Consequently, in the case of waivers of invoices to be issued to subscribers who prove that they have been affected by the earthquake in the OHAL region as of February 6, or whose payment is due as of this date, and the installments to be invoiced For the services provided to these subscribers until the end of the state of alarm, these invoices may be “collectible” within the scope of the tax procedural law.

As of February 6, the preceding rate will be taken into account as zero in the service invoices issued to the subscribers in question with a zero rate, within the scope of tax procedure law number 213.

PRIVILEGES GRANTED TO GSM OPERATORS

Within the scope of the decree, the operators that provide the necessary communication services for disaster and emergency situations may use their radio devices and systems free of charge during the state of alarm, provided they send the necessary information and documentation to the Authority of Information technology and communications.

In the provinces in which the state of alarm has been declared, the urgent communications infrastructures that are established on behalf of the legal entities of the GSM operators during the state of alarm will be established without the requirement of any other document, except the certificate. of choice of location to be granted free of charge by the Ministry of the Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the permit granted by the local authority.

For these facilities, no fee will be charged for the use of space or right of way in places belonging to public institutions and organizations during the state of alarm. In the event that the established communication systems and infrastructures continue to be used after the state of alarm, the conditions provided in the corresponding legislation will be met within 2 months following the end of the state of alarm.

The demands for electrical energy made by the operators will be met immediately if there is an electrical network in the place that is the object of the request. The necessary information and documents related to the subscription will be completed within 2 months after the end of the state of alarm.

MEASURES RELATING TO WATER CONTROL SERVICES

According to the decree, if the construction activities of hydroelectric power plant facilities under construction in the provinces where a state of emergency has been declared cannot continue due to an earthquake, the water structure inspection costs required for these facilities will not be They will be charged if the work program prepared to cover the periods of inactivity is presented to DSI and approved.
