15.6 million people, including EYT members, will benefit from the retirement holiday bonus
The Ministry of Labor and Social Security said: “Our retirees will receive a bonus of TL 2,000 on both Ramadan and Sacrificial Festivals. 15.6 million retirees, including those who will retire under EYT, will benefit from this regulation.
In the written statement made by the Ministry, “The pension of the lower limit of the pension, which was set at 1,000 TL in 2019, was increased to 1,500 TL in 2020 and 2,500 TL in January 2022. It has been increased to 3 1,500 TL from July 2022 and 5,500 TL from January 2023.
In the statement, it was indicated that the pension amount of the lower limit of the pension, which was 5 thousand 500 TL, will be increased to 7 thousand 500 TL with an increase of 36.36 percent from the payment period of April 2023.
“Thus, the lowest pension will be increased by 114.3 percent compared to December 2022. Starting from the payment period of April 2023, the monthly salaries paid on the basis of the file will be paid as 7 500 TL and 8 .8 million retirees will benefit from this arrangement. A PRIZE OF 114 BILLION TL HAS BEEN PAID SO FAR
In the statement regarding the Christmas bonuses for retirees, the following was stated:
“The holiday bonus, which started to be paid as 1,000 TL each at Ramadan Feast and Sacrifice Feast in 2018, was increased to 1,100 TL in 2021. With the new regulation, this amount is increased by 82 percent to 2,000 TL. . Our retirees will receive a bonus of 2 thousand TL on both Ramadan and Eid-al-Adha. 15.6 million retirees, including those who will retire under EYT, will benefit from this regulation.
Holiday bonuses of TL 114 billion have been paid to our retirees since 2018.
The 2023 Ramadan Holiday bonus will be paid before the holiday in April and the Eid-al-Adha bonus will be paid in June before the holiday.
A vacation bonus of 2 thousand TL will be paid in proportion to the actions of the beneficiaries, and in proportion to the degree of permanent disability for those who receive income from work accidents.
The bonus will be paid at the rate of more than one share in the file of the person who deserves retirement, and from whose file the maximum payment will be made to the monthly recipients. (DHA)
