The tariff schedule for irrigation facilities for 2023 has been determined
The Presidential Agreement on the Fees for the Operation and Maintenance Fees of Irrigation Facilities for the year 2023 was published in the Official Gazette and came into force as of January 1.
Consequently, the facilities of Eleşkirt in Ağrı, Akpazar in Tunceli, Kuzuova in Elazığ, Gökçeada in Çanakkale, Van and Gürpınar in Van, operated by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works, and Dağdibi in Bursa, Kirazlı in Erzurum, operated by contracting companies. Gözeler in Bingöl, Ergani in Diyarbakır, Bünyan Sarıoğlan in Kayseri, Sadak in Gümüşhane, Bezirgan Hazım Kılıç in Kastamonu, Bayırköy in Bilecik, Topçu, Kantar and Elmalı in Sakarya, Nevruz and Akören in Sivas. Operation and maintenance fees will be charged according to the rates determined at the İvrindi-Gökçeyazı irrigation facility in Balıkesir.
IT WILL EXCHANGE BETWEEN 25-743 TL PER DEKAR
This year, the rates of operation and maintenance fees for irrigation facilities will vary between 25 lira and 743 lira per decar for plant varieties in 30 categories and greenhouses. 1000 cubic meters of water will cost between 25 lira and 276 lira.
For industrial water allocations from storage structures and landscaped natural lakes, the fee per 1000 cubic meters of water was determined at 55.80 lira.
The operation and maintenance fee will be determined according to the growth period of each plant during the year.
For this reason, when a new one is planted on the same plot a year from now, a separate operation and maintenance fee will apply for each of these plants.
The annual operation and maintenance fees will be charged to the owner, lessee or shareholder of the irrigated plot, regardless of the number of irrigations.
DISCOUNTS
When the other plant is planted on the same plot one year from now, the operation and maintenance fee will continue to apply with a 20 percent discount for plants planted next, as long as the previous plant has been watered.
A 50 percent discount will be applied to the operation and maintenance fee for the plants (including sprinkler and drip irrigation) that farmers constantly irrigate with their own pumps. (AA)
