Regulations on the state of emergency for the support processes of development agencies in the earthquake zone
The “Regulation by which the Regulation of Support to Projects and Activities of Development Agencies” is modified, prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force on February 6.
With the temporary article added to the regulation, a regulation was made on the support processes of development agencies in the provinces affected by the earthquake centered in Kahramanmaraş that took place on February 6.
In this sense, in the support processes carried out within the framework of this norm by the development agencies of the provinces that were declared disaster zones with validity of public life with the State of Emergency, establishing the terms of call and application and evaluation processes, contracting changes, increase in support rates, change in co-financing obligations, suspension of support The authority to make changes in the implementation of the conditions required by the State of Emergency regarding the cancellation and termination of the contract it can be used by the Ministry for a period of one year.
