Legal entities holding generation licenses in provinces where a state of emergency (OHAL) decision has been made or disaster areas have been declared due to earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş will be exempted from their obligations regarding certain services.

The generation facilities of legal persons holding generation licenses, which are in operation in said cities and which are obliged to participate in the reactive power support service in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of Reactive Power, will also be exempt from their obligations.
