The Social Security and General Health Insurance Law, which includes the regulations related to the EYT that millions of citizens have been waiting for many years, and the Modifying Law of Decree Law No. 375, were approved in the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and became law.

The regulation, which millions have been eagerly awaiting, has also been published in the Official Gazette.

HERE ARE THE EYT DETAILS

The proposal, which was accepted in the Assembly, consists of 4 articles. With the transitory article added to the Social Security and General Health Insurance Law, in accordance with the laws of the matter, those who request a pension after the validity of the proposal, and those who obtain an old age or pension, will benefit Of the same. – old-age or retirement pension if they meet the conditions other than age in the previous provisions.

Based on this provision, no retroactive payments will be made and no retroactive rights can be claimed.

In case those who receive a retirement or retirement pension for the first time and receive an old-age resignation notice or apply for a retirement pension, start working subject to social security support at the last place of work in the private sector within Of the 30 days from the date of termination, the social security support is provided from the date of incorporation to work, the amount corresponding to 5 points of the employer’s premium will be covered by the Treasury.

If the insured person who benefits from the bonus of the employer contribution of the social security support premium leaves the job, this bonus will no longer be available.

Workers incorporated into public institutions and bodies, special provincial and municipal administrations and their subsidiaries and local government unions of which they are members, and those who have been transferred to the status of workers in companies with more than half of the capital belonging to special provincial administrations, municipalities and their subsidiaries, together or separately; If they were entitled to a pension, old-age pension or disability, the regulations that require the termination of their employment contracts by public institutions and bodies or companies for which they work will be repealed.

WHEN IS THE FIRST SALARY?

Vedat Bilgin, Minister of Labor and Social Security, announced that the applications can be made after the regulation on Senior Retirement (EYT) is published in the Official Gazette, and the first salaries will be paid in April.
