In order for the strawberry seedling to be certified or produced as standard, declarations can be submitted until June 30 for all seedling production in 2023.

This year, the declarations of fruit seedlings and production material can be submitted until May 31 for reproduction units 1 and 2, and until June 30 for seedling plots in all stages, including the reproduction unit. number 3 and the standard production material/seedling.

Beet seed and vegetable seed certification statements can be filed within 65 and sixty days from this year’s planting date.

With the regulation made for cereal seeds, applications to submit declarations for barley, wheat, oats, rye and triticale for 2023 will be submitted until May 1 for the provinces of the Mediterranean Region declared as disaster areas, and until on May 15 for provinces in the Southeast Anatolia Region. It has been extended until June 1 for the provinces of the Eastern Anatolia Region. In the other plant species, declarations will be accepted up to the term of 60 days counted from the sowing date and the productions will be considered seeds if they comply with the other provisions of the respective regulation.

In seed potato certification and trade, 2023 seed declarations shall be submitted within 60 days of planting date, and oilseed, fibrous, medicinal and aromatic plant seed declarations shall be submitted within 60 days after the sowing date.

Seed declarations for forage crops and edible grain legumes will also be submitted to the requesting institution within June 1 for winter planting productions, and within 65 days after the planting date for summer plantings. On the other hand, the term of validity of the authorization certificates issued in the seed sector in the disaster zone was extended until July 31. (AA)
