AKP President and Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan identified and declared 4 different regions as “Tourism Zone (TB)” and “Culture and Tourism Conservation and Development Zone (KTKGB)”.
The places identified and announced in the Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette with Erdogan’s exclusive signature are the following:

STILL 233 CENTER IN ACTION
In accordance with the Tourism Promotion Law No. 2634, a total of 233 Tourist Centers/KTKGB are in force, of which 60 are KTKGB. The centers announced in the legislation can enjoy important privileges and the President and the ministry are authorized in all transactions.

THE REGIONS OR PARCELS MAY BE ASSIGNED BY THE MINISTRY

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE EVALUATED BY THE PRESIDENT
All applications submitted for the allocation of the entire region or subregion to a single principal investor are evaluated by the President, and the conditions prior to the permit and the selected investor are decided. Transactions are carried out by the Ministry in accordance with the conditions of prior authorization.
ALL PERMITS ARE GIVEN IN 15 DAYS
In zones of protection and cultural and tourist development; Positive Environmental Impact Assessment
No Decision or Environmental Impact Study Required Regarding the investments on which the decision has been made,
All the permits, approvals and licenses required to carry out the investment are issued by the corresponding institutions.

THE MINISTRY IS AUTHORIZED TO CARRY OUT PLANS AT ALL SCALES
